These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tab4d platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Important Notice: By accessing tab4d, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the tab4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout a Player's use of the Platform:
Age Verification: tab4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that an Account holder may not meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by tab4d will result in Account suspension.
To access real-money gaming and betting services on the tab4d Platform, you must register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.
By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. tab4d reserves the right to verify any information submitted at registration or at any subsequent point using third-party identity verification services, KTP cross-referencing, or document review.
KYC Verification: Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of tab4d's KYC process. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP and, in certain circumstances, a selfie holding your KTP and a secondary document confirming your bank account ownership. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days of document submission. tab4d is not liable for withdrawal delays attributable to incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify tab4d's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. tab4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
One Account Per Person: tab4d enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, tab4d reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, transfer any remaining balance to the primary verified account at its discretion, and permanently restrict the Player from creating further accounts.
All financial transactions on the tab4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tab4d does not maintain USD-denominated or other foreign-currency internal balances. Players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk on deposits, wagers, winnings, or withdrawals.
Supported Deposit Methods: tab4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga bank transfer, Bank Permata bank transfer, OVO e-wallet, DANA e-wallet, GoPay e-wallet, ShopeePay e-wallet, and LinkAja e-wallet. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. tab4d does not charge any platform fee on deposits; standard fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain the responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are processed to verified Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own name only. Third-party withdrawals are strictly forbidden. tab4d's internal benchmark for withdrawal processing is under five (5) minutes for bank transfers during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours and instant processing for e-wallet withdrawals. Actual transfer times may be affected by your bank's processing schedules, Indonesian public holidays, or system maintenance periods.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily aggregate withdrawal limits are set per account tier and are communicated to the Player within their Account dashboard. Players seeking higher withdrawal limits may request a limit review by contacting the support team and providing any additional verification documents requested.
Zero Platform Fees: tab4d does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by third-party banks or e-wallet providers are outside tab4d's control and remain the Player's responsibility.

Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tab4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

Suspicious accounts will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.
All content on the tab4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "tab4d", logos, graphical assets, website design, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of tab4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tab4d content; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party site; or use the tab4d name or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent from tab4d.
tab4d collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
tab4d uses Player data for the following primary purposes: Account management and authentication; KYC identity verification; payment processing; fraud detection and AML compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; customer support; and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. tab4d does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tab4d's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their tab4d IDR Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tab4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tab4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the Platform at their own risk.
Termination by tab4d: tab4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where tab4d has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the Player poses a fraud, AML, or security risk; or the Player's continued use of the Platform is contrary to applicable law or tab4d's responsible gaming obligations.
Termination by the Player: A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to tab4d's support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Player's IDR Wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security verification requirements.
Effect of Termination: Upon Account termination — whether initiated by tab4d or the Player — all licenses granted under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked. tab4d retains the right to preserve Account records for a period of up to five (5) years following closure for compliance, AML, and dispute resolution purposes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Indonesian market context.
tab4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players acknowledge that online betting regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and that it is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. tab4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.
Any dispute between a Player and tab4d that cannot be resolved through the support team's standard escalation process will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. tab4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tab4d will provide notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
